Price looks good. If you're serious you need to look for a few things service-wise. At 100k miles the plugs should have been changed at least once, the water pump should be replaced (and hopefully with a metal-impeller pump), the blower resistor should be replaced (causes eccentric HVAC fan speeds), I'm sure there's something I'm forgetting. It looks like it has the Premium package (wood interior), but those wheels aren't stock - it should have 17" wheels IIRC.

I think the wheels are narrower 'winter' wheels from the catalogue, possibly a good sign it was treated well at some point in it's life.

VNP (very nice price). Had one of these with similar mileage and it treated me very well. Only unscheduled maintenance I had to do was replace the LCA bushings but thankfully on these cars it isn't so bad (compared to my old mini where I had to drop the entire subframe).

I'd say NP, just bring your magnetic paint check. Watch out for crash damage. Looks good though.

Yes. Buy it and turn it into a spec e46 car. Like spec Miata, but for heavier cars with a real roof. Made for non-M cars, specifically.
